At Campaign Monitor, product design sits at the core of everything we build. We work very closely with our customers to gain an in-depth understanding of their problems. Allowing us to design and build an elegant product that simplifies the complex without compromising on effectiveness.

Since joining Campaign Monitor in 2014, I have worked as the Design Lead for our Automation and Transactional Email initiatives. Collaborating on a daily basis with Product Managers and Tech Leads, while working within a cross functional development team with a focus on helping our customers transition into more sophisticated methods of email marketing.

My role as product designer spans across the entire lean UX design process; from coordinating and running user research sessions to understand a problem, designing and developing prototypes to test with users, applying visual and interaction design with a meticulous attention to detail, and working with a development team to deliver a solution.
